Great Training Shoe!
Wow! I absolutely love these Adidas Fitboost Trainers! With 39 years of training experience (30+ powerlifting career), these are the BEST overall training shoe I've ever worn! They are very lightweight and extremely comfortable - almost slipper-like, but they also very durable. They are not like many other cross trainers, in that, they don't have a "cleated" feel to them. These shoes do have a flatter feel, which I find more conducive for many lifts.
I wear these on upper body days and leg days for assistance exercises after squatting/deadlifting, (I still wear wrestling shoes for those lifts.), and on leg rehab days.
To my surprisingly liking, I quickly found out that these are actually the most ideal shoe for heavy sled dragging. Although the treads are smaller than most trainers, they still grip carpet floor better than any shoe I've worn for dragging before. This enables me to generate better leg drive - both forward and backwards. These Fitboost Trainers are proving to be very battle-tough. I've tested them to the max for a few weeks now - as I pull around 200 lbs for several trips on leg days. (and I'm 56!) No signs of stress at the seems.
I'm going to order another pair to put in storage.
One of my best fitness purchases ever!

Awesome Shoe
love this shoe. Great support, comfortable. I don't wear my Nano's anymore. About to buy a second pair to have on hand. Well done Adidas.
