Returns / Exchanges
You may return/exchange an unused item in new condition within 30 days of purchase.
When will my order ship?
Our current shipping lead time for in-stock items is 5-7 days. Some items are available to order with a longer listed lead time. You can refer to your confirmation email to view the lead time for your order. Orders are shipping within the provided lead time, and your order may not show as processed until the item is ready to ship.

Can I combine orders or add an item to my order?
We are not able to combine or modify any orders at this time.
I ordered 3 items. Why didn't they ship free?
We have over 1300 qualifying items and all will list the 3 Free badge on the product page and next to the item in the cart. Any non-qualifying items on the order will still carry a shipping cost. I placed an order but the order total shows $0.00 in my account. Did my order go through?
Any backordered items will show a product cost of $0.00 until they are allocated to your order. This is a known issue, and we're working on a fix. Your order went through and no action is needed. We apologize for any confusion.
Is the retail store open, and can I pickup an order?
We have not announced a date on when our retail store will re-open. Pickup is not available during this time. You can stay tuned on the status of our store on the retail page here: https://www.rogueapo.com/rogue-retail-store
When will products be available to order?
We have been slammed and have been working hard to get items back in stock. We are releasing products daily as they become available, however, most items are selling out within minutes of release. You can sign up on each product page to be notified as soon as that product is available to order. We cannot provide any specific ETAs. We are not taking any pre-orders, but are making some big moves to be able to meet demand and keep items in stock and available to order.
When will packages be available to order?
We are releasing many items daily and most are selling out within minutes. If you are looking to order in the near future you will likely need to purchase the individual items separately as they become available.

What is the "Notify Me" button?
You can select the "Notify Me" button and enter your email to be notified when that product becomes available to order.
I signed up to be notified. Why haven't I received an email?
This is dependent on the amount of signups vs. the amount of product available. All emails are sent in the order they are signed up for, and if you didn't get one you're still on the list and now closer to the front of the line.

Where is my refund?
Please allow up to 5 business days for the return/exchange to be processed once the returning package is delivered to us.
You will receive an email as soon as this is processed.
Once you have been credited, please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
