Looking for something that’s larger than a lacrosse ball, but comparably firm? This is it. I’ve been doing SMR, foam rolling, whatever you want to call it for a while, so I’m used to/need the firmest tools for the job. This has so far done what my lacrosse ball couldn’t. It’s roughly the size of a softball (large size)

I have been doing SMR for over 4years, and i know that sometimes bruising can happen, but this balls legit imprinted its dimples on my lats and shoulders in the form of bruises!! I did not have this issue with the Supernova.. it is a bit small for the groin area, but all in all it gets the job done!!

I bought one of these about a month ago for my back and calves. And slowly but surely, it kept going missing from my gym bag! Everyone in my house is borrowing it now. Its larger than a lacrosse ball, so we can use it on softer surfaces: the couch, the bed, a cushioned chair, etc. So now I've invested in a second one. One for my gym bag, and one for the couch for everyone to use! :-)

I love the Massage ball, great for hips and large back muscles. it is a little slippery but I think it will be better once it is used more!

I have a problem with my left hamstring and using this ball elevates the pain.
