XML-43 Crossmember
This piece is a great addition to add stability even when bolting an RML-490 to the floor. It also makes the rack look more solid. One thing to note if you add one: unless you do incline bench press in front of the rack or turn the bench around facing the back, the stabilizer bar will block the bench and you will not be able to push it far enough back to do incline bench. You might have to mount the stabilizer higher up the posts. For now I’ve opted to turn the bench around inside the rack so that I can use the safety straps when doing incline.

Great addition to the rack
This thing is substantial! Adds a nice finishing touch to the rack. Note, the finish is glossy verses the more course matte finish of the rack. Looks amazing!

Great Stabilizer
Added one of these between the rear posts on the HR-2 conversion rack; the added rigidity is quite noticeable. Sold, well made, heavy, perfect.

Great!
Bought this cross bar to turn my SML-1 into a mini SML-2. Attached picture speaks for itself. Couldn’t be happier. Adds a lot of stability and functionality.

XML-43 Monster Lite Crossmember Pair
I'm renovating my garage and it is going to be some time to set up my wall mount rack. I bought the cross members to use on a temporary basis - a coupl of months. They work great - very solid. If you want extra support for your Rogue 30" four upright rack, these work great.

X-431 Bar - Just what I expected!
Finally got one a while back and works like a charm. I have an SML-1 rack so as many of you would assume, you'd have to lift your feet up to do pull-ups. I'm 5'8 as reference. I don't really care for all the CF movements, so I just wanted a bar for basic pull ups. FYI - when you get the bar and just stick it in between the posts, you might realize there's a slight gap and it doesn't fit perfectly in between. This happened to me not because the bar wasn't the right size, but rather, the posts were slightly forked out at the top due to the bottom frame of the squat rack bolting down the posts. I checked by measuring the bottom of my rack and measured out at 46", which is the correct number while the top measured at 46.5". I inserted the screws and slowly tightened all of them and the bar fit perfectly in the end.... just warning some folks in case you freak out thinking the bar seems short!
