i bought this a month ago. it really helps to get more weights and it is safer for the lower back.love it.

I bought this because I tore my rotator cuff and couldn't hold onto the bar for deadlifts for months. The strap use is very limited. You can't use it like in the picture. The neck just cant take alot of weight. The strap has to rest across your back and toward the back of your arm. Ones you do this you cant stand up straight or the strap falls off your back at the top. I would not use this for good mornings. A large camber bar works way better. Now that my rotator cuff is healed I have no use for the strap. I presume if you had the same injury this would be the only option if you wanted to deadlift.
