The Super Training Multi-Use Adapter from Mark Bell Sling Shot is a quick add-on that enables an existing Bicep Board to be used not just with dumbbells, but also with cable machines, resistance bands, and kettlebells.
As a bonus, the adapter can also be used as a cable machine grip in its own right, or looped through a kettlebell handle. Resistance bands can be attached directly to the adapter and used by standing on the looped, middle portion of the band.
