Replace your sports drink
These tabs dissolve like Alka Seltzer, but with less fizz and more flavor. They actually taste pretty good. It doesn't have any drastic effect -- it may be a bit more noticeable if you're really dehydrated. If nothing else, it gives some flavor to your water and has a lot less sugar and calories than Gatorade.

Better than gatorade
This is a replacement for a Gatorade. These tablets replace salt and electrolytes that are lost during training. All natural and sugar free. Dissolve in a bottle of water.
