T31C Heart Rate Sensor

T31C Heart Rate Sensor (Coded)

This version of Polar’s T31 heart transmitter kit is coded, which means it’s designed with a special feature to prevent interference or crosstalk from other nearby electronic devices (a Non-Coded version of the T31 is also available for those unconcerned with potential interference in their training space). The overall unit is uniquely lightweight, slim, and water-resistant, with an elastic strap sized for 25” to 54” chests.

The T31 is a proven device for accurately and consistently transmitting heart rate data to a wrist unit ECG. Whether training in the gym or running or swimming outdoors, a clear, reliable readout makes all the difference. The battery (not user replaceable) is also built to last, with up to 2,500 hours of training usage.

The easy-to-set-up T31 kit is compatible with GymLink and most Polar-compatible monitors and gym equipment. *Please Note: This sensor cannot function as a stand-alone unit, it must be paired with a compatible device that receives transmissions from this sensor

T31C Heart Rate Sensor is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 10.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works great, no fuss, has built in obsolescence. I was ready to have to do some kind of pairing process and to have to trouble shoot but all I had to do was put it on and start peddling and my Rogue Echo found it and had my heart rate showing on the display without needing any inputs from me. Nice job! The only issue is that I wish I could change the battery. I hate built in obsolescence in products. It is wasteful and dishonest with your public. Just build a good product, making it break on purpose so I have to get a new one is bad for the environment and the world.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great! Bought this to replace my original Polar heart rate monitor that came with my Precor treadmill years ago. Original monitor broke due to age. The new one works great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works just like my old one. My old battery finally gave out, this one works perfectly. All the machines at the gym pick up the signal, love it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not a solid connection HR monitor constantly loses connection with my rogue echo bike

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does't play well with echo bike Purchased a month ago to use with new echo bike. I've found the worst feeling in the world is doing a heart rate workout putting out max effort for several minutes and the heart rate monitor is telling you 100 bpm. Or it will tell you the accurate number (170/180 bpm) and as your intensity increases the bpm will decrease. It completely ruins the workout because you just end up burning yourself out attempting to raise it to where it should be. And after minutes of this when you are completely smoked, frustrated, fed up, and stop pedaling cursing the machine it will shoot up to 180/190 bpm where you know your heart rate is and has been. Very frustrated. Read the manual and trouble shooting. Better off without the frustration.
