Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent value and great quality For $20, I don't think this could be beat. It's a great all-around belt. Obviously, the velcro isn't as secure as a leather belt with a prong closure, but it's a nice tradeoff in weight and a slim profile. I've had mine for a year and a half, and aside from refreshing the velcro with a wire brush now and then, it's been maintenance free. The interior of the steel roller isn't coated, so mine does have a patina of rust from being washed, but it's barely visible and not an issue in terms of functionality.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great but velcro I've owned this belt for 2 1/2 years. I use it for metcons when having to run jump or what ever mixed with moderate to heavy weight lifting or olly the velcro offers a quick way loosen and tighten for support in between transitions. It's comfortable as well The only bummer is that the velcro wore out . The belt still works just wish that velcro would hold up longer. For the cost I suppose it's worth it. I'm about to purchase a replacement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Design This is the best designed belt I have owned. I have tried the traditional belt buckle type, leather, and the nylon Velcro and even the newer copper fit. If you are not trying to lift 1,000 lbs this belt will provide the protection and support you need. The loop to tighten the belt is what makes this belt so functional. You can tighten or loosen to exactly what you need. The velcro holds it in place with no issue. I also have lower back problems. This belt provides great support for my back and there is no fear or thought about hurting my back. Wish I found this one earlier.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great belt for the price Had this belt for about a year now and the velcro just wore out. It's taken quite a beating, just wish it would have lasted a little longer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid I use this belt for everything except my heavy squat, where I use the powerlifting belt. I use this on virtually every other standing exercise, both static and when in motion. Great support, great feel, easy to take on and off. I got the xxl. 6"1 280lbs. Strongman and powerlifting.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect belt I bought this about 9 months ago and suits me perfectly. I use it for my heavy sets on squats. It covers a large enough area of my back to give good support and prevent disk slippage. I prefer this greatly over a leather belt as this enables me to maintain mobility through my spine. It is less stiff so it does not dig into my ribs as well as a suitable size buckle. It is slightly pliable. Strong nylon, solid velcro. My favorite piece of support equipment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice relation Quality-Price-Use This belt is great, it makes it works. Maybe if you go for very very high lifts it won't give you enough support but for regular lifts is ok, I've lifted 260lb in C&J with this and it helped a lot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Happy First belt I have ever used and was very happy with it. Easy to use and provides great & comfortable support. After an injury set back, wearing the belt allowed me to get right back on track and even stronger on some lifts right away. Looking forward to some new PBs. Highly recommend it !!!
