Get on your way to Double Unders!

The Rogue Beaded Jump Rope is great warmup or beginners rope.

A beaded jump rope is a convenient tool for any gym to have as it provides an inexpensive option to warm up or train beginners to correct their form before moving on to faster speed ropes.  The plastic beads make this the ideal weight for beginners to feel the timing of the rope as it spins which is an important first step in learning double-unders.

  • Plastic beads encase a durable, braided polypropylene rope
  • Lengths are measured from end of handle to end of handle
  • Available in 4 different sizes for kids all the way up to adults
  • Color-coded beads allow for quick access to the correct length rope for every size athlete
  • Recommend use on rubber or nonabrasive surface

Rogue Beaded Jump Ropes is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Training Rope This rope was exactly what I was looking for in a training rope. Inexpensive and durable enough to be used on concrete, gravel or asphalt. This rope spins slow and take a lot of effort to keep it moving. If you master double unders using this rope, double unders with a speed rope are a breeze.
