Due to cosmetic blemishes, we cannot offer these plates as first quality. All plates are in new, unused condition. All sales are final.
The new line-up of Rogue Calibrated LB Steel Plates combine advanced, precision machining with a new E-Coat color finish (on all plates 5 LB and above) for superior durability and chip prevention.
Available to order in individual pairs, these quality cast-iron competition plates are accurate to within 10 grams in weight. Each disc is cut thin to allow for max loading capacity (up to 1500+LBS) and color-coded for easy identification from a distance. The back of each plate also includes customized calibration plugs (made from lead on smaller change plates and brass on plates 5LB and up) for an ever greater level of precision. A 50MM center hole is designed for a snug fit on a standard bar, and as a result, may not fit on some cheaper barbells not held to spec.
The updated E-Coat finish used on the color plates (5 LB to 55 LB) is an electrically-applied paint coating initially utilized in the automotive industry for its reliable coverage, adhesion, and corrosion resistance.
Due to the E-Coat finish, the color of these plates may vary slightly compared to the original Rogue Calibrated Steel Plates.

Machine-calibrated for next-level precision, these durable cast-iron LB plates are accurate to within 10 grams in weight, and are held to the strict standards of the International Powerlifting Federation. Every plate features its own unique brass calibration plug (lead for the smaller change plates) ensuring it’s as close as possible to its listed weight rating. The relatively narrow width of the plates (14.5mm for the 5 LB up to 27mm for the 55 LB) also creates more load capacity; upwards of 1,500 LBS on a standard power bar.
We have recently upgraded the Calibrated LB Steel Plates from a low gloss powdercoat finish to a new E-Coat finish for all of the color plates 5LB to 55LB. This electrically-applied paint coating was popularized in the auto parts industry for its reliable coverage, adhesion, and corrosion resistance, and it’s since been widely adopted for metal stampings, fasteners, lawn/garden & agricultural equipment, military equipment, and the aviation industry. All plates are shot-blasted prior to the E-coating process to provide a more uniform and consistent surface finish, and compared to traditional enamel coats, the completed E-Coat provides much better chip prevention, keeping your plates looking sharp well into the future.
