ROGUE ECHO 10MM LIFTING BELT

Rogue’s Echo Lifting Belt is made from genuine leather and measures 4” in width and 10mm in thickness,* with five length options to choose from. All sizes of the belt include 10 precision-spaced holes and a single prong buckle design for easy custom tightening and optimal comfort and support. The leather on the Echo Belt can run pretty stiff out of the gate and may need some break-in time, but you’ll never need to worry about its reliability for securing the abdominal muscles and lower back on a wide variety of lifts.

*The exact thickness may vary from belt to belt due to the properties of leather.

The Echo 10mm Lifting Belt features black leather and black hardware with the Rogue logo embroidered on the back in white. Before ordering, be sure to check the sizing chart provided below.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good belt with a few flaws Overall, a very stiff, solid supportive belt. Unfortunately, it's size and width can be obtrusive during deadlifts, though I have found it great for squats. The front and rear have held up fine, though it's starting to show some wear and discoloration along the edges after a few months of use. The biggest flaw in my opinion - the holes are too far apart for proper adjustment. Due to the stiffness of the belt, you may really have to suck it in to get that one extra notch you need, which inevitably ends up being too tight. Conversely, if you put it in the next hole, it feels too loose, and has a tendency to walk up your back during lifts. If this belt were manufactured with a 1/2" tighter center to center hole spacing, it would be a major improvement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great buy for a poor lifters budget! I purchased this belt 3 years ago and decided it's about tine to write a review. This is my first powerlifting belt I ever bought, so I cannot really compare it to other products like Inzer etc. I have had used it consistently for 3 years and there have been absolutely 0 issues or defects. Great belt and felt sturdy for me compared to any other general lifting belt. If this belt ever breaks or ever gets damaged, you can bet I'll be back! Shipping was quick I have recommended this belt to numerous friends. Really great product for a low price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A good fit I got my belt and it was very stiff. I actually got stuck in it and had my 7 year old step on the belt while I laid on the ground in order to get it unclasped. After that lesson I began to roll the belt to soften it up and it responded well. I have not been trapped again. Overall the belt is the perfect width for my (female) body with no hip or rib pinching. The length of the large fits nearly all women in my gym. Wish it was made in the USA. Bumbed me out when I saw that it was not.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great belt When I got it out the box I thought it was already used. There was some saw dust looking type stuff on the back. I wiped it off and was relieved it was brand new but a little disappointed still. After initial impression I was able to appreciate the look and feel of the belt. And after my first use doing some moderate weight with front and back squats I liked it even more. This is my first more serious lifting belt and its money well spent imo. Was going to buy a more well known brand but after using this I really think it would've been unnecessary. Shipping took longer than I thought tho.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This is an "OK" Belt I bought this belt a little while ago and lets say getting it out of the box i had my hopes high for this belt as it looked and felt great. Now after using it for a little while it has still not broken in and it literally is the hardest belt i have ever tried to get off still to this day. I saw the other reviews and description of the belt and I didn't hesitate to buy it as i have other Rogue products. The belt is also kind of coming apart from all the rolling that i have been doing to get this to loosen up.Needless to say if you are into weightlifting in any kinda serious way where you would need a belt spend the money and get a better quality one, and don't be fooled by the reviews/description.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this belt, but read this review!!! I got this belt for Christmas and I couldn't be happier. I have been lifting for about 3 years and I have used pretty flimsy belts in the past. The only problem I have had with this belt is that is it super hard to get on & off at times. Also, I would recommend wearing a hoodie while breaking this belt in. It can be rough around the edges at first, but after you break it in, you are set. Other than that, it provides great support and had helped me PR on my Squat. Definitely worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great belt i normally don't write reviews but felt like i had to for this one cause there aren't too many reviews and it made me question whether i should buy this belt or not. this belt is the first belt that i've used but so far has held up great (used for 1-2 months training 5 days a week). i'm a beginner powerlifter and it took probably 2-3 days to kinda wear it in, but after that it's held up great and i really feel the support. if you're on a tight budget and the inzer belt would be a hit to the bank i would definitely go with this one without worrying about compromising quality.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works But Not Impressive This is the only Rogue product I have purchased and been somewhat disappointed in. Good thickness. Very stiff, as it says. My issue is that the covering is coming off at the very front of the belt - it rubs against the belt when you push the excess through after fastening it. Still works as required but I wonder how much worse it will get.
