Less than a year of training
I simply don't understand why you didn't put enough pages to log a full year of training. It's only 10-15 pages short, and you could have done that. Even with a higher price tag.
Honestly, I am as mad at you as it is easy to fix !

Awesome for tracking
I bought this book 3 weeks ago and since then I have noticed a solid structure in my training. I can track almost anything I want to and it is awesome to set goals. I thank rogue for making this!

The notebook was scratched
I received my notebook completely scratched. Being black, the flaws are seen. They have sent me the most scratched notebook of all they had.

I'm still weak
this just reads like a log book of my shame. it is user friendly, but probably more satisfying to use if you are not terrible at crossfit.
