Rogue Individual Pull-up Bar
(1) Pull-up Bar with Strap Hooks

Get going and get some pull-ups while you're at it!

The Rogue Individual Pull-up System (or IPS, as it's known around the Rogue Compound) allows pull-ups to be performed anywhere you can get the straps over.  Utilizing the same pair of 1.5" wide 16' straps that come standard on the Rogue Rings, setup and teardown takes mere seconds.

The bar is hand built in the US from steel and coated using the same multi-stage process that gives the Rogue Rings their distinctive and now famous feel.

The ROGUE-IPS includes:

  • (2) 1.5" width, 16' length straps with quick feed/release cam buckles
  • (1) 43" Handmade steel pull-up bar with stays for the straps

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect all around... I bought one for my garage and it's just so simple and easy to put up. My friend and I bought an extra one because we workout at the local high school football field. There are no pull up bars so with the 16' straps, we just throw it up on the field goal post and are good to go. Can't go wrong.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great Very impressed with the quality. It is well made, textured well for gripping. I was worried about excessive swaying, but that has not been a problem. They provide quite a length of straps. I probably could have saved $ by using climbing webbing, but the straps are well made, and have nice retaining bands for the voluminous excess straps

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Acceptable for open? Does anyone know if this setup is acceptable say during an open workout that may call for TTB? In looking at past open wods they just list a pull bar as required equipment. Since this is on straps didn't know if it would still be allowed

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great idea I bought this IPS a couple of months ago, and I couldn't be more happy with it. It easily goes up and comes down. I have shoulder mobility issues, and this helps me get those kipping pull ups

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 4.5 out of 5 I love the bar, the feel the ease of use, almost everything about it is wonderful other than the length. It is a bit short for wide grip pull ups, even with my short arms.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything you need for an easy pull-up area Bought this a while back and threw it over some exposed beams in my garage. Adjustments are long enough that I can use it for inverted rows, as well as pull-ups.
