Angled Handles not shown correctly
Please Note that the picture the model on this webpage is using with the angled handles has it on the bar backwards! Using the handles as pictured is next to useless. With the angled handles properly installed on the bar, you can do an indispensable exercise for you traps, sort of like an upright row but a 1000 times better. Stand fully upright, grabbing the properly installed angled handles, and pull the handles to your waistline. This directly works you middle traps and rhomboids. A fantastic exercise that is not main steam for some unknown reason.
