Rogue LB Training 2.0 Plates

One of the leading heavy-duty, dead-blow bumper plates in the industry—now revamped with new artwork and a gloss-matte-gloss finish. Rogue LB Training 2.0 Plates are manufactured from quality virgin rubber, with a clean surface and zinc-coated steel center plate. The 50.4mm collar opening creates a firm hold on any standard OIympic barbell, and the plates’ thin-cut width enables a higher loading capacity.

Sold in pairs or in sets up to 320LB, our LB Training Plates are finished in black with bright, color-coded lettering (we also offer fully colorized LB Training Plates, available here). The average Shore A durometer for these bumpers is 90, making them ideally suited to the demands of the serious Oly lifter. Expect a consistent dead blow with minimal bounce, even on high impact drops.

Rogue guarantees that our LB Training Bumpers are within 10 grams of their claimed weight. If a plate does not conform, it does not ship. Check out the chart below to see the width measurements of each plate. Standard orders can be made using the column on the right, or you can contact Rogue for a custom request.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unbeatable for the price I picked up a pair of the 55's from a friend who was selling his and I snatched them up. Just got the 210lb set with free shipping to finish the set. No bounce, spin on my chan bar perfectly and look amazing. Another fine Rogue product. I have all black echo, hg and hi temps so I love the color & lettering to tell them apart. I will pick up another pair of 45's. I think they are just as good as the colored comp plates at half the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Bumpers I bought a pair of 45lbs to add to my gym. Before this I only had steel plates and those are not great if you drop them. These plates are accurate in weight and feel and look cool. Just need to add the rest of the weight sizes

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Purchase Bought several 45 lb plates since my garage floor even with a stall mat was not liking my lifting (can't build a platform due to space/use restrictions). Plates are great, thin enough to get plenty of weight on the bar plus durable enough to use for Olympic lifts, deadlifts and farmer walks up and down the street. The plates are very, very consistent in terms of actual weight. I went a cheaper route initially from another retailer and got 41, 42, 41, and 50 lb plates.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Durable beauty After reviewing more bumpers than I ever thought existed, I decided to get these as a replacement for my coated steel plates. I started with the 320lb set almost 9 months ago. I wanted to put them through the ringer to see how the held up. So impressed I've bought another 600lbs worth! Here are my thoughts... Appearance - the gloss/matte combo is an eyecatcher. I chose these plates because I'm not a huge fan of full color plates - I prefer incognito over flair. The finish lasts regardless of the abuse thrown their way! The only issue I've seen to date is that the zinc coated insert will tear up the powder coated finish on certain Rogue bars - axles, safety squat bar, storage posts. Function - like the description says, they have an amazingly consistent dead blow on deadlifts. My fiancé and I focus on powerlifting and they hold tight to the bar sleeves through all press movements, squats, curls, etc. In a few short words - don't hold back - they are worth it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The weights go boom! I labored for weeks over which set of bumper plates to purchase, and I finally settled on these bad boys. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I only use them for HEX Bar Deadlifts. There is no odor to the plates, the color coding makes it easy to load the bar, and they can handle the constant dropping after each rep. However, my wife is not a fan b/c the house tends to shake after each rep...even in the basement. I suppose I should reach out to a structural engineer. Oh, and they came securely packaged. The packaging was also easy to breakdown,

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't Bother Having previously purchased 2 sets of Rogue training plates, I was very excited to get another set. Boy, was I disappointed when I opened the box. Overall fit and finish of these plates is garbage compared to the old ones. You pay the same high price, but get a generic bumper plate with "Rogue" printed on it. They also have a strong chemical odor, which the old ones did not. Save your money and skip these ones.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A little less than before. I wish these new plates would have the raised letters like the series before them did, easier to grip. These new 2.0 are fine just not as professional as the raised letter version.
