I really wish that this came with a pin, rather than a bolt, so that we could move it around without wrenches.

Bought this to hookup some cable gear. Mount and shackle fit perfect - matches my rack as well.

I bought 6 pairs of these Rogue Monster Lite Shackles to use with bands and a custom pully system. I didn't mount these with the provided nut and bolt as I wanted a portable option so I decided to use them with the detent pins. I will recommend providing the option to the customer to select between nut/bolt and detent pin.

I've made some modifications to make these perfect. First I didn't mount these with the provided nut and bolt. I wanted a portable option so I'm using them with detent pins. Would be nice if these came with this as a selectable option. Second, I cut off 1/2" from the end of each so that I can also use them at the bottom of my SML-1/HR2 converted rack. Makes me feel more comfortable using bands for direct exercises like a shoulder press (I have the pegs for barbell band work) Now they're perfect.

Use it for band work and stretching. Heavy duty well made.

Definitely heavy duty and works as intended. I wasn't impressed with the quality / indentation near the carabiner and Rogue said its a normal part of the weld process.

Just got my shackle in. Installed it and put my 80LBS punching bad up. Simple, well made and sexy in a simple design. Super impressed and loving everything Rogue that I own. Thank you for a great product !!!

I got the shackles to mount to my spotter arms so i can hook up a pulley system. I could have used a simple eye bolt, but the shackles allow me to keep the pulley further away from the wall keeping the weights from hitting the wall and a better angle when using both pulleys. The shackle bolts don't stick out much so their not in the way when I'm using them as spotters, where an eye bolt would.
