Product Description

Designed in collaboration with Strongman Legend Jerry Pritchett, the Monster Pritchett Pad gives athletes a novel and space-efficient way to do chest-supported rows. Unlike other chest-supported landmine row machines that take up a lot of room and come with expensive shipping costs, the Pritchett Pad is a small adjustable rack attachment that ships fully assembled. The unique clasp design requires no extra hardware or detent pins. Simply slide the pin into a desired 1” hole on your  existing Monster Series rack upright and drop it into place. For owners of a Monster LITE rack/rig, see our Monster Lite Pritchett Pad.

ROGUE MONSTER PRITCHETT PAD

Designed in collaboration with Strongman Legend Jerry Pritchett, the Monster Pritchett Pad gives athletes a novel and space-efficient way to do chest-supported rows. The benefits of chest-supported rows include the alleviation of unnecessary strain on the vertebrae and shoulder joints, allowing for more reps and heavier weights to be lifted without the injury risk of unsupported rows.

The Monster Pritchett Pad is manufactured in the USA utilizing a 3x3” 11-gauge steel arm and a tapered pad design that allows for better freedom of movement. The arm is reinforced with two gussets, and UHMW plastic is included in the mounting channel to prevent metal-to-metal contact. We’ve also provided a built-in handle with machined UHMW plastic  for easier installation. Once locked in, the pad extends 33” out from the mounting upright.

We designed the Monster Pritchett Pad with the Rogue Monster Landmine 2.0 or a similar rack-mounted landmine attachment in mind (sold separately). However, the pad can also be used with a post landmine or for dumbbell rows, barbell rows, and more.

Note: For athletes using a rack mounted Landmine + Handle, the offset design of the pad ensures that the barbell will be centered in the middle of the pad.

IMPORTANT: For your safety, the Monster Pritchett Pad should only be installed on rigs or racks that are securely fastened to the floor.

Excellent piece.
I bought this three weeks ago and have decided that is the third best piece in my garage gym. I use it on push and pull days. Space saving and fits on other manufactures racks. I was looking for a seal row but now can use the space for a leg extension. I am 50 and this is a life saver for strain on the low back.

great addition to the garage gym
completes the effectiveness of my rack, this is a valuable addition. Instead of attaching the landmine to the rack, I use a floor plate instead. That way, the location of the barbell is infinitely adjustable to your liking on a row exercise.

Pretty solid
I use this with my repfitness rack and it elevated my landmind back workouts to the next level. Money well spent. Feels really heavy duty.

Solution for Chest Support Rows at home
I have been trying to set up something to allow for chest-supported rows at home since putting my garage gym together. Doing them on a bench with dumbbells was okay, but I really missed the machine that let you breathe into your belly and the landmine arc over totally free weights. Seal rows didn't attract me, I wanted the chest-supported pendulum style rows like at commercial gyms. It's one of the best ways to hit the back from a bodybuilding perspective. Finally, Jerry Pritchett worked with Rogue to develop this pad. It only took me about 10 minutes of playing with the height and the distance of the landmine to find the perfect spot for me. For reference, I'm 5'10"-11" and have it right through the side hole labeled "10" with the landmine around 20 on a RM-6, should work the same on RM-4. Currently using the Darko Shorty bar with Rogue single handles. As for improvements or attachments, figuring out a convenient way to store it would be nice. Keep it up with the Monster/Monster Lite attachments, especially ones that mimic bodybuilding machines!

Solid and heavy. I wished the pad angle was adjust
Just arrived. High quality. The pad is not very comfortable and I wished the angle was adjustable or there was more padding.
