Rogue Multi Belt

The Rogue Multi Belt is an innovative new take on the belt squat belt, offering six adjustable size settings (from 41” to 61”), built-in padding for reduced hip friction, and a spacer mesh interior for breathability. Developed from an original design brought to us by Brian Henesey of OverAchieve Sports and Speed (inventor of the SquatMax MD), the Multi Belt is ideal for use with belt squat machines like our Monster Rhino unit but it's also equally effective for weighted dips, weighted pull-ups, weighted chin-ups, and more.

Each belt is manufactured in the USA and measures 6" in width with a 0.75” thick XLPE foam frame. There are 6 loops on each end of the belt, constructed from the same 1.5” wide black nylon webbing we use on our gym ring straps. Athletes can quickly and easily use these adjustable loops to customize the belt to any of the following sizes: 41”, 45”, 49”, 53”, 57”, and 61”.

Key Features of the Rogue Multi Belt

  • 1Optimized for Belt Squats and More

While the Multi Belt was designed, in part, as the standard companion belt for our Rhino Belt Squat machines, its versatility makes it just as effective for loading kettlebells, regular weights, dumbbells and other odd weights via chain.

  • 2Six Adjustable Sizes

The six nylon webbing loops on each end of the belt allow the user to quickly adjust the size by 4” increments: 41”, 45”, 49”, 53”, 57” and 61”. This makes the Multi Belt a dynamic value for larger gyms, where multiple athletes of any size can easily customize and utilize the same belt.

  • 3Quality Rogue Construction

The Rogue Multi Belt is manufactured in the USA using a XLPE foam frame with a spacer mesh interior for breathability. The built-in padding measures 36" long x 6" tall x 0.75” thick, and hugs the hips while reducing pinching and discomfort. The 6 adjustable loops are made from the same 1.5” wide black nylon webbing we use on our durable gymnastic ring straps.

IMPORTANT: While the Multi Belt is built for durability, all belt loops should still be inspected for fraying or damage prior to each use, ensuring optimal safety.

Rogue Multi Belt is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 7.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Way too much padding Just stick with the Spud Inc belt. I don’t have a true belt squat but I use the loading pin variation and this belt has way too much padding. As soon as you hit depth in a squat the belt pushes off your thighs and the back of the belt rises up your back

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good belt, but maybe offer two sizes I have a 36" waist as you would measure for a lifting belt. This multi belt fits me fairly well. It did take about 4-6 uses to have it break in so that it didn't ride up. I curled the bottom edges that will hit your thighs out before use, and didn't have any further problem with riding up. Feels really good now that its "broken in". Now to the two sizes part. My wife, who measure more like 26" in the waste needs a much smaller belt. Again, I'm just putting this in here in case someone is on the fence. She's planning to try the Spud belt next, but this belt is really good quality and she'd be happy if it was just a bit smaller. Overall great quality. Priced reasonable in comparison to other belts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice belt I use it with my Exxentric Kbox4 flywheel platform. I want to explain the sizing because I read others’ comments related to Rogue’s Belt Squat machine, the Rhino. The belt is not supposed to fit like a lifting belt. It’s not supposed to go completely around your waist. The front instead is supposed to hang down to attach to your weight or pulley. Look at the pictures on the Rhino page. The multiple loops on the belt allow for customization. From my own observation, the belt should fit anyone. It’s comfortable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from fits everyone To clarify others' comments on the rhino product page regarding fit of this belt, i bought this belt and i can see where there might be confusion. The belt isn't supposed to fit like a weight lifting belt, snug around your waist. Instead, it is supposed to hang in front below your waist. There are multiple pairs of loops in front to adjust the height but everyone should be able to wear this belt from the biggest to the smallest squatter and dipper. It is well made.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Multi-Belt Great But....Great Butt* This belt is awesome, light, strong, quality feel BUT.... if you are not hooking into a Belt Squat machine say you wanted to use it for Dips pull-ups. You have to buy a Oval climbing carabiner which is awkward. Rogue please design a proper D-Ring for this amazing belt. But with Belt Squat this will change the but to a Great Butt.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from built quality A little disappointed in the quality of the belt material. Having just received the machine only 4 days ago one of the loops is already fraying. Yes it's getting a lot of use but it should be lasting more then 4 days. Other then the belt it's a great machine.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Belt Squat I bought this about two month or so ago. The belt is perfect but it would in been nice if it can with the D-rings. An since it didn’t I gave it 4 star. I use the belt on a homemade belt squat level and again it works great.
