The hat is easily adjustable and comfortable. Feels durable in my hands. Patches are great too and makes it fun to change them every so often.

I haven’t had much trouble with snap back hats but this one was huge, I had to snap it twice past the last snap. Good hat if you’re above 7 1/8

Bought a Rogue Operator hat last year and really liked the fit and quality. Bought two more recently and it is not the same hat. Seems like they have a new supplier. Different fabric, different fit and poorer quality. The front panels sit more relaxed and the whole hat seems a bit smaller. The fabric around the sides and back is thinner. Each of the two hats of the recent purchase fit differently indicating some quality control issues. Overall its ok. Not what I would think of when I think of Rogue. Pretty disappointed this is being sold as the same hat that was being sold in the past.

This is the most comfortable hat I ever had. Got well and great during the WOD
