The 5.95" long aluminum handles measure 1" in diameter and feature a full-depth, fine knurl for a solid, comfortable grip. At a weight of 0.25LB (per handle), these handles are considerably lighter than the 1LB handles of the Stainless Steel PRO Rope.
You can order your PRO Rope with a special anodized coating.
The Aluminum PRO Rope comes standard with a 120" long, 3.2MM (0.125") diameter speed cable, PVC-coated in dark grey. This cable is slightly thicker/heavier than that of our standard SR Series ropes, and can also be custom-fitted to your own desired length. Highly durable but still best for use on smooth, padded, non-abrasive surfaces.

Adjusting the cable length can be done quickly and easily with a small phillips-head screwdriver and pair of snips to cut excess rope:
1. Loosen set screw, adjust to desired length (step on rope with one foot, base of handles should come up to around armpits - will vary depending on how far away from the body you hold the handles when jumping).
2. Tighten set screw, and once length is confirmed to be correct, cut excess rope off 0.5" to 1" past the set screw. Remove black rubber cap from excess piece and slide back on cable.
