Rogue Ring Power Pin

The fully adjustable Rogue Ring Power Pin was co-developed with our resident strongman expert Steve Slater, and is a variation on the original Rogue Power Pin. This version includes the same 12" loadable length as the original, but with a new 4.5" diameter, welded ring handle made from 0.625" thick, solid-round steel. For this reason, customers can order the Ring Power Pin as either a fully assembled unit or as just the handle alone—to use in place of the T-shaped handle on an existing Power Pin.

Great for close-grip deadlift exercises like the power stairs or duck walk carries, the Ring Power Pin has a 1.96” diameter loading pin, making it compatible with nearly all styles of bumpers or steel plates up to a capacity of over 500LB. There are 10 holes spaced 1” on center for adjustable height range of 19.75” to 28.75”, so it’s easy to quickly adjust the height of the unit between different athletes.

The handle features Rogue’s signature black powder coat for a firm, steady grip, and a beveled base design helps prevent the bottom of the pin from catching on the ground or the edge of stairs during use.

Warning: The Ring Power Pin is not recommended for swinging movements such as kettlebell swings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Tool I bought the Ring pin set to work on grip strength and to play with the idea of lifting the Dinnie Stones. They are definitely working! I love these Pins.
