Rated 5 out of 5 by from High quality These seem expensive, especially with shipping, but they are very thick, dense and high quality. I have just 3 squares which I use for deadlifting (I place two underneath where the plates hit and stand on the other one so that I have level height). When I am done, I push them under a couch. The rubber is dense enough so that I do not feel any squish under my feet when I press down through the lift and it absorbs the shock well when I put the weight down. I do also use bumpers and am not lifting massive weight (sub 300 lbs currently), but I still want to protect my basement floor and keep things relatively quiet early in the morning or at night. To me, the 3 squares I got seem a reasonable price to achieve this. I like them enough that if I end up with a lot of spare cash I will buy a bigger set and use to fill out one the Rogue platforms.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good Floor Protection These are good mats for protecting your concrete floor, but don’t expect them to significantly reduce the noise.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy Mats Fit the Bill I bought two mats to place under my trap bar so as to protect the floor. They fit the bill perfectly: sturdy, good size, easy to move around.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for Sound and Shock I previously used 3/4" stall mats on my basement floor for deadlifts. Those worked just fine as far as I could tell. I just decided that I wanted something a bit quieter and something to protect the concrete floor a bit as I increased in weight. These tiles have done an amazing job at removing quite a bit of the sound (it's way quieter now) and they reduce a lot of the shock. I'm very happy with the purchase. They work better than I thought they would.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good for home gym I bought two of these to stand on when I do trap bar deadlifts at home. I'm not lifting 700lbs and dropping the weight, but so far they're holding up well and protecting the floor when I set the weight down. Good addition to the thinner interlinking tiles I have from Rogue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for Deadlifts of all heights I have 6 of these was originally going to get Deadlift Platform but didn't have space in my Garage since I wanted to still be able to park both my cars inside so these work out great I lay them out when I want to Deadlift and then just stack them against the wall when I am done, another use I have found is I can use them to pull deadlifts at different heights either using them to provide a firm base to Defecit Deadlift from or use them to do as a kind of Box Deadlift. Very happy with my purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent, Heavy, Sturdy Construction Each tile weighs approximately 25 pounds, and they tend to stay in place. I purchased 16 tiles to make an 8'x8' platform. Perfect for my application. Christopher Glaeser SimpliFaster

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for the garage gym We started with only 6, they did not stay in place very well by themselves. Now we have an area with 22 & they work great and stay in place. I wish they were easier to keep clean, but the texture really holds onto the chalk & dirt. To clean we take them out in the driveway & hose them off.
