S-35E Rogue “E” Sled

Inspired by the practical, collapsible design of military entrenching tools, the Rogue E-Sled delivers convenient portability in the form of a highly durable, American-made steel weight sled.

Unlike many traditional dragging sleds that can only be used on non-abrasive surfaces, the E-Sled comes with virtually zero limitations. Move your speed sled training indoors or outdoors on grass, field turf, track, concrete, or asphalt. The E-Sled’s 0.25" bent steel rails will stabilize and protect more than 495LB in steel plates on almost any terrain. And when your training's over, an innovative fold flat post allows for quick and easy carrying or storage.

The E-Sled can be used for light weight sled training to help improve sprinting speed and metabolic conditioning, or with heavy weight to develop a strong and organized posterior chain.

My First Rogue Sled and Favorite Sled to Pull!
The S-35E Sled remains my favorite pulling sled since February 2015. Even after the Prowler style, Echo Dog Sled went viral with my YouTube "Unboxing" video, I still favor pulling my S-35E sled for the endorphin release. The S-35E Sled is so dear to my heart that it gets a cameo appearance in the video dedicated to the Echo Dog Sled. Watch and see what I mean. Having both sleds rounds out my fit toy box, for sure. Decisions, decisions, my daily outdoor dilemma is which of my fit toys to play with next! Although the Echo Dog Sled comes with a carabiner and I have the pulling strap, I love the easy setup with the S-35E. I had to modify a utility cart with the Echo Dog Sled to transport the 87-pound sled to the trail. The 50' transport across loose landscaping rock to get to my asphalt trail is easier with a 26-pound S-35E Sled under one arm. What's more, I can Farmer Walk with a 45# plate in each hand and the sled tucked under an arm. That's a 100' round trip workout bonus!

Well Built & Great Value
I absolutely LOVE this sled. It is a perfect size as an addition to a home gym set up. I’ve taken it to the beach and park to do workouts and always get comments about it or what I’m doing. It is a bit loud on asphalt so that’s the only drawback, that if I want to be a courteous neighbor, I do wait until about 10am or later to use it if I’m the neighborhood. Otherwise there are a ton of things you can go with it and I love it as a finisher for many workouts.

Great for Track and field
I bought this to use for for my Track Team and for personal use. We just used it today and it worked out great for for young kids to build leg strength and speed.

Excellent set of features!
This sled is highly portable and I've found it extremely useful to do low intensity endurance work. I have it in my trunk with a couple of plates and I use it once or twice a week, pulling it around a stadium for an hour, while I listen to podcasts. With the right pace and weights I stay very consistently around 135BPM HR, which is my zone 2 sweet spot. One thing to note is that it does much better on astroturf than on other surfaces. On dirt / gravel / pavement it gets pretty noisy. On real grass, the traction varies widely with how wet the grass is. In spots where the grass is damp, the sled will "stick" a lot more so the intensity will suddenly increase.

Super compact!
I got this sled just over a month ago and have been using it bi-weekly for conditioning work. It is super compact and easily fits in my garage gym. I've used it on grass and concrete (wet and dry) with fantastic results. It has been quite the attention getter in the neighborhood and quite the conversation starter as I pull it down our back lane and everyone comments on it.

Great piece of equipment
Very happy with this sled. I had never used a sled and didn’t want to spend much too much. So happy with this purchase. Typical high quality rogue product. Works very well on uneven, bumpy grass and never tips. Highly recommend.
