Sling Shot Hip Circle - Original

The original Sling Shot Hip Circle offers Level 2 resistance, ideal for activating the glutes and entire lower body. By positioning the durable elastic band above both knees during a warm-up walk—be it forward, backward, or side-to-side movements--you can strengthen your hip abductors and external rotators while training better form and alignment for your squats and deadlifts. You can also wear the Hip Circle during the lift itself to help keep your knees properly pushed out and reduce potential injury risks.

Measuring 3" in width, the Sling Shot Hip Circle is a great alternative to traditional mobility bands for this type of training, as it won’t slide or slip during use and won’t stick to your skin or rip your leg hair out, either. The Hip Circle's budget price, portability, and effectiveness as a rehab tool further makes it a no-brainer addition for beginners and experienced athletes, alike.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick & easy way to warm up before Squats! I’ve been an avid fan of Mark Bell ever since stumbling upon his podcast many moons ago. Recently began to accumulate the products in his Slingshot range and very impressed. I have the basic slingshot for benching, knee sleeves and now the hip circle. Had thought this one might be quite simple but it really does work. Definitely feel it provides a more complete warm up routine leading to better technique in the lift.
