Highlights from “The Capitol,” one of the most unique and challenging workouts in CrossFit Games history. On Day 3 of the 2022 Games, all competitors in the individual competition took to the streets of Madison for this untimed, four-part gauntlet that included 20 Pig flips, a 3.5-mile run, a 200-m Jerry bag carry, and finally an epic 200-m Husafell Stone carry (150 LB / 200 LB) that concluded at the top step of the State Capitol Building . . . Rocky style.

Gabriela Migala and Ricky Garard scored event wins, but every athlete and every spectator were left with a moment to remember.
