Weightlifting Programming: A Winning Coach's Guide is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid “guide” With shipping, this book is quite pricey for being a paperback, durability isn’t so great when carrying often for study. The content is very detailed in some areas, but very brief in others. This book takes you pretty deep into the realm of what it really takes to be a true Weightlifting coach. If you’re thinking about being a fly by night Oly coach, the book will slap you back to reality fast, so be prepared to dig deep. Great, useful, rare, and mostly readable content. Only true flaw is lack of expansion and depth on the “why’s” of programming.
